FDCI x LFW’s 'virtual showroom' offers a mix of old and new brands

8th October 2021, Mumbai:

Launched on October 6, Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) X Lakme Fashion Week (LFW)’s virtual showroom features a mix of long established ethnic wear designers as well as up-and-coming young labels.

As per a Fashion Network report, the showroom features the finest Indian designer labels including Abraham and Thakore, Abhishek Gupta, Geisha Designs by Paras and Shalini, Mxs by Monisha Jaising, and Schweta Bachchan Nanda, Ak-Ok Anamika Khanna, Rina Dhaka, Cocccon, Nikita Mhaisalkar, Nidhi Yasha, Ranna Gill, Mishru, Arpita Mehta, Chola,Bandit, Jade by Monica and Karishma, Limerick by Abirr N’Nanki, Nirmooha, and Line Outline by Deepit Chugh. It will remain open for the next three years.

On from October 5 to 10, FDCI x LFW is a mix of digital presentations and physical events. It is being sponsored by Rise Worldwide and Resa. This is the second collaborative edition between the FDCI and Lakme Fashion Week following the first edition held in spring this year.
