Fashion and lifestyle brand PayalSinghal has launched a range of bohemian-style slip-ons, heels and sandals in collaboration with vegan footwear brand Paio Shoes,
The new collaborative collection, titled ‘Print Play’, features a mix of fusion and traditional jutti-style footwear highlighting Singhal’s signature bohemian prints. Sling-back heels and heeled sandals also feature for a more formal look. With a bright, eclectic colour palette, Singhal’s classic motifs including tassels and tactile floral embroidery translate the eponymous designers’ aesthetic into sustainable footwear.
The footwear is designed to bring Singhal’s designs to shoppers for a more affordable price point and all footwear in the collection is priced Rs 4,000 ($53.53) or below. The collection retails from Paio's dedicated e-commerce store.
Paio footwear is cruelty-free, made in India, sustainable, handcrafted, and ensures grassroots sustenance, according to the brand’s website. Paio also recently launched a men’s footwear line, as well as a new collaboration with womenswear brand Deme and fashion house Wendell Rodricks.
