Ambience Malls to demarcate zones and focus on women-centric brands

Ambience Malls, with two properties in Delhi-NCR at Vasant Kunj and Gurgaon respectively, is demarcating zones and expanding space to accommodate some new international as well as Indian brands. Both mall properties in Delhi and Gurgaon have been demarcated with zones to accommodate mostly international and some of Indian brands along with upgrading the entertainment sections of the malls. While Vasant Kunj property will add another floor spanning across 1.5 lac sq ft, the space at Gurgaon mall has already been demarcated zone-wise to host more brands. Both the malls are focusing on bringing more women-centric brands to their properties with an emphasis to bring more international brands.

Benu Sehgal, Head Retail & Marketing, Ambience Malls, stated though the focus is to bring more international brands, the company are welcoming some aspiring Indian brands like Cover Story and Being Human. Spaces are filling up due to demarcate zones. Vasant Kunj property will have an entire floor dedicated to women to suit all their needs. At Gurgaon property, there will be 50 screens introduced while at VK property.
