Nykd will launch a sleepwear collection designed by Masaba Gupta. The line mixes bold prints with color blocking and classic sleepwear fabrics such as satin.
Along with nature-inspired motifs, Gupta designed a custom milk carton print for the collection which features on the pajama bottoms and the button-down pajama shirts. This is wearable, quirky sleepwear having the colors and patterns not typically seen in everyday wear.
It’s a balance between being quirky and fun but is comfortable with easy fits and striking prints.
Nykd is a private label brand belonging to multi-brand fashion retailer Nykaa. This e-commerce beauty company has maintained its growth momentum.
Increased marketing spends have led to an acceleration of customer acquisition, which is also evident in the unique visitor and transacting customer metrics. Nykaa's beauty and personal care GMV (gross merchandise value) grew by 38 per cent year on year while fashion GMV grew by 215 per cent.
On the fashion side, Nykaa has launched the brand Gajra Gang in the Indian wear space. Nykd’s philosophy of giving women a high sense of comfort and freedom gets further celebrated with Masaba’s unique design aesthetic.
Gupta is known for her bright, bold, and whimsical prints which feature on everything from kurtas to jumpsuits for her brand House of Masaba.
