Creating holistic experience through omnichannel expansion
Having a strong presence in Tamil Nadu, Derby Jeans now plans to explore adjacent markets in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Telangana. “We will expand through both offline as well as online channels,” adds Kapoor. With 63 EBOs across Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, the brand now plans to grow 75 outlets by the end of this financial year.
Terming it as an emerging retail trend, Kapoor likens omni-channel retail to creating a holistic customer experience. “Expanding into omni-channel can be great business proposition,” he says.
