Indore to host ATDC seminar

The Apparel Training and Design Centre (ATDC) is organizing a seminar in Indore, June 24, 2017.The basic aim of the seminar is to guide students about various career opportunities waiting for them in the apparel sector and the fashion industry. Students will be introduced to the Indian textile-apparel value chain and the basic characteristics. The seminar will offer a unique blend of theoretical and industry related practical knowledge.

Participants will be exposed to various options for choosing degree, diploma and certificate courses. It will provide the students a chance to interact with industry experts.

Apparel Training and Design Centre is India’s largest vocational training provider for the apparel sector with over 200 directly-run ATDCs including 65 vocational institutes spread across 23 states, 86 cities and about 150 districts pan-India. It offers shop floor, supervisory and managerial level training courses. ATDC has a vast pool of over 500 faculty resources with a range of expertise and domain skills covering most critical areas of the textile apparel value chain. It also runs various courses free of cost for the underprivileged.

Apparel Training and Design Centre has a mission to upgrade the technical skills of the human resources employed in the garment industry.
