Hyderabad- based designer Jayanti Reddy will showcase her latest ethnicwear collection on the third day of the Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai. The collection promises to be filled with hand embellished details and statement brocades as well as bohemian touches such as peasant-style collars.
Alongwith Reddy, other designers who will showcase their collections on the third day include Ritu Kumar, Gaurang, Kshitij Jalori, and Sunaina Khera among others. Launching her eponymous brand in 2012, Jayanti Reddy drew on her lifelong passion for the industry to launch her traditional wear line. She owns a flagship store in Hyderabad and also a dedicated e-commerce store.
Lakme Fashion Week will begin on August 21 and run until August 25 at the St Regis in Mumbai. The fashion week is sponsored by Lakme, IMG Reliance, and Nexa and celebrates its twentieth birthday with its winter/festive edition.
