The Kolkata event of business-to-customer shopping fair The Haat will run from February 3 to 7 at the city’s Ice Skating Rink.
The fashion and lifestyle exhibition will feature product categories including womenswear, menswear, children’s wear, sarees, handloom textiles, handbags, accessories, homeware, craft products, and gift items, among others.
The event will also feature a wide array of bridal wear, bridal jewellery, wedding guest attire and other wedding-themed products for the spring wedding season.
The fair was earlier scheduled to run from January 13 to 16 at Kolkata’s Ice Skating Rink in Ballygunge. However, rising COVID19 cases and increasingly strict local retail restrictions necessitated its postponement.
Showcasing everything, from wedding jewellery, to classic couture statements, and the regality of the bridal trousseau Haat will be an exclusive shopping exhibition.
The exhibition is designed to promote Indian-made products and local up-and-coming brands to new audiences to enable these brands to widen their reach and shoppers to discover new labels and products.
