Orange O Tec launches a new range of sublimation printers

Orange O Tec launches a new range of sublimation printersA supplier of digital printing machines, Orange O Tec recently launched a new range of sublimation printers as “sublimation printing industry is maturing in the country,” says Anurag Billore, Area Sales Manager. “Till now, people used machines that resulted in inefficient production, poor color fastness and bad quality of prints. Our sublimation printing machines offer a perfect solution for the issues faced by these industry stakeholders,” he adds. With sublimation printers good quality prints are produced directly from printer.

Customisation as per needs

An importer of these machines, Orange O Tec modifies them Orange O Tec launches a new range of sublimationaccording to the requirement of the industry and area. “Though these machines are offered by different brands across the world, our modified version is difficult to replace,” adds Billore. The machines are installed in Surat and Tirupur and O Tec aims to increase its share in Surat besides installing more machines in Ahmadabad and Bengaluru. “We have offices in all major cities and also attend every fair in the country to let people know about our products,” Billore says.

Billore believes the current market for digital printing offers a huge scope for growth as “people are moving from conventional printing to digital printing and this transformation can be seen in every part of the industry.” Billore points out, many things in digital printing depend on the supplier. “It’s not only about machines but also about services that the consumer expects from us. Service does not mean only mechanical or electronic parts but also includes best results in color fastness, color matching etc. We are the market leaders in this segment and have the highest number of installations in the digital space.”

Market to decide future course

Based in Surat, Orange O Tec has offices in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. “We have a pan India presence in sales and service both. Since the garment industry is highly connected to Surat, people get many leads from this city. Thus, we are located in the heart of the city.”

He feels though India has everything for manufacturing machines in the country, there are a few areas which need to improve. “Machinery manufacturing requires constant upgrade so until and unless, we are able to get good and big infrastructure, we can’t achieve the scale at which machinery manufacturing happens. Market growth will decide whether we will manufacture machinery in the domestic market or remain service provider.”
