Voonik is on Snapdeal now. The products include bestsellers from the apparel and footwear categories, including kurtis, tops, dresses and bottom wear for women, and footwear, T-shirts, shirts and denim for men.
Bangalore-based Voonik, provides a personal shopping platform that helps people dress well within their budget, by offering style advise and hand-selected recommendations, based on the customer’s style preferences and body type. The e-commerce firm is moving to a completely private label-led business. Initially, the idea was to clock 50 per cent sales from private labels by the end of this year and up to 90 per cent by 2020. But 40 per cent has already been reached.
With the new partnership, Snapdeal has expanded the selection of value-priced items to include a private label from an online fashion player. As an introductory offer, users get a minimum 50 per cent discount on all Voonik products. In addition, Voonik buyers on Snapdeal will get an additional 15 per cent instant discount on using Bank of Baroda and HSBC credit cards. Snapdeal’s selection has grown to over 200 million listings on the platform. In the last two years, it has seen 60,000 new seller partners come on board adding over 50 million new listings.
