Rajdeep Ranawat to launch debut collection at Lakme Fashion Week
Delhi-based designer Rajdeep Ranawat plans to launch his debut collection at the prestigious Lakme Fashion Week, The much-anticipated spring resort collection titled ‘Nizam,’ will be showcased on March 15 in Mumbai.
Drawing inspiration from the esteemed dignitaries of Hyderabad, the 'Nizam' collection boasts luxurious silks, vintage metallic threads, pearls, and semi-precious gemstones. It pays homage to the opulence and grandeur associated with the Nizams, infusing historical elegance with contemporary sophistication.
The forthcoming edition of Lakme Fashion Week, slated from March 13-17, 2024, will be held at the Jio World Convention Centre in BKC Mumbai.
The collection pays tribute to the timeless allure of Lucknow’s royal courtesans and the Jewels of the Nizams from Hyderabad. It blends history with contemporary sophistication to create garments that are both elegant and enchanting.
