Bollywood actor ShanayaKapoor has been named as the new brand ambassador for Designer Ritu Kumar’s eponymous lable. Kapoorendorse the brand’s latest collections in a series of campaigns across digital platforms.The brand plans to diversify its portfolio this season by launching new categories and collections targeted at young urban Indian women. The new collections will be available across India and internationally in Label Ritu Kumar stores and its online store.

Designer Ritu Kumar launched her eponymous brand in 1969 and has become known for her championing of Indian heritage textiles. Kumar runs labels like Ritu Kumar, Label Ritu Kumar, RiRitu Kumar, and new line Ritu Kumar Home.
