Reliance, the prominent retail giant in the country, is set to enhance its presence in the rapidly expanding Beauty and Personal Care (BPC) market by acquiring the beauty retail business of Arvind Fashion, a company promoted by the Lalbhai family.
Arvind Fashion recently announced that it has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Reliance Beauty & Personal Care Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd, to sell and transfer the entirety of its equity stake.
