The joint venture between Arvind Fashions and PVH Corp, PVH Arvind Fashions has announced that Satyen Momaya has taken over as CEO, effective August 1, 2025. In his new role, Momaya will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in India. This leadership change coincides with Amisha Jain's upcoming appointment as the Managing Director and CEO of Arvind Fashions Ltd. on August 13, 2025.
Established in 2014, PVH Arvind was created to combine the brand licensing, sourcing, and retail activities for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein under a single entity in India. As of March 31, 2024, the joint venture operates 136 exclusive brand outlets for Tommy Hilfiger and 85 for Calvin Klein. The company also has a strong e-commerce presence and numerous shop-in-shop counters in major department stores, reaching consumers in both metro areas and smaller Tier II and III cities.
The ‘Power Brands’ division of Arvind Fashions, which includes both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, generated Rs 3,239 crore in FY 2024, marking a 10.7 per cent increase from the previous year. These two brands are estimated to contribute 30–35 per cent of that division's total revenue, underscoring their strong position in the Indian luxury and lifestyle market.
Momaya brings extensive retail and leadership experience to his new role. Before joining PVH Arvind, he spent eight years as CEO of Celio India. During his tenure, he successfully expanded Celio's store count from 180 to over 700, opened more than 75 exclusive stores, and improved profitability by instilling a disciplined, results-driven culture, even amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic. His previous experience also includes a nine-year stint at Levi Strauss, where he honed his expertise in the denim and lifestyle sectors.
