The Phoenix Mall remains one of Pune’s most frequented shopping and entertainment hubs and the departure of these prominent outlets has raised questions about evolving consumer trends, lease agreements, and potential reshuffling within the mall’s brand lineup.
While frequent shoppers have expressed surprise at the sudden closures, retail experts suggest such movements aren't unusual in the post-pandemic business environment as many brands are reevaluating their physical store strategies due to rising operational costs, e-commerce growth, and changing foot traffic patterns.
