Myntra FWD launches new campus activation campaign

In a lead-up to the International Youth Day, Myntra's dedicated fashion destination for Gen Z, Myntra FWD has launched a campus activation campaign, dubbed the ‘Herd Se Hatke Makeover Machine.’

Offering students a unique and interactive experience, the campaign is strategically timed with the back-to-college season. It aims to bring Myntra FWD's trendy styles directly to college campuses in major cities like Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi. The activation allows students to refresh their wardrobes and express their personal style. It features a QR code scan that unlocks geo-fenced digital coupons, offering deals on curated Gen Z fashion.

The highlight of the activation is an interactive fashion vending machine. After students at a participating college collectively achieve a milestone of 1,000 scans, the machine dispenses free merchandise, creating a high-energy celebration of style and community. This experiential marketing approach is a key part of Myntra's strategy to build long-term brand loyalty and engagement with the influential Gen Z consumer base.

The campaign has already seen significant success, with approximately 10,000 users and over 1,000 QR scans at each of the participating colleges, including institutions like K J Somaiya Institute of Management, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and SVKM's Mithibai College of Arts. This initiative showcases Myntra's commitment to creating a digitally enabled, experience-led ecosystem that resonates with the youth.
