The curtain raiser for the Spring Fashion Show at Maan Palace in Jaipur showcased contemporary collections blending regional textile craftsmanship with modern silhouettes. Organized by Eastern Craft and Culture alongside Event Xpo India and the UN Global Peace Council, the showcase spotlighted emerging design talent targeting India’s rapidly growing apparel and lifestyle ecosystem. The runway featured ready-to-wear lines and experimental fusion wear, reflecting rising retail demand for heritage-inspired western wear across Tier-II urban demographics.

Commercialization and global talent pipeline

Industry stakeholders emphasized building commercial channels for independent designers beyond traditional metro markets. Dr Barkhaa Versha, Chief Guest noted,  decentralized fashion platforms expand retail exposure and accelerate supply chain partnerships for indie labels. Fashion serves as a primary vehicle for identity and economic enterprise, requiring structured platforms that connect regional talent with commercial buyers, stated Sagar Kharbanda, Co-organiser. Label Garry, Talent Partner collaborated to facilitate buyer interactions and distribution pathways for featured apparel lines.

Founded to elevate heritage craftsmanship, the organization focuses on domestic apparel hubs and global trade channels, targeting a 30 percent annual reach expansion across regional creative clusters.
