Fast-fashion retailer Bestseller India has expanded its retail operations by opening around 420 stores across India in 2023.
According to the company’s data, Bestseller India opened 89 brand stores and 331 shop-in-shops (SIS) during the year. It opened stores for brands like Jack & Jones, Only, Vero Moda, Selected Homme, and Indifusion.
Nuanced picture
Around 37 percent of these stores were opened in the north region, followed by the 22 stores in the south, 17 in the west, and 13 in the east. The brand also opened 117 shop-in-shops in the north followed by 98 in the south, 90 in the west, and 26 in the east.
The 89 brand stores opened are located in cities like Pune, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Mohali, Coimbatore, Noida, Muzaffarpur, Patna, Ranchi, Durgapur, Hoshiarpur, Meerut, Sikar, Jaipur, Moga, Bhatinda, Kurukshetra, Amritsar, Solan, Rajahmundry, Calicut, Mangalore, and Gandhinagar.
