The promoters of VIP Industries Ltd., India's leading luggage and travel accessories manufacturer, are reportedly considering selling their stake in the company, according to a recent report in Live Mint.
The deal, which could also include an open offer, could be worth up to $1 billion and could see the promoters completely exit the business, one of the sources said.
