Virgio launches exclusive invite-only collection designed for curvy women

 

Virgio has launched an exclusive, invite-only fashion collection designed specifically for curvy women called, Beyond The Curve (BTC). Co-created with Indian actor Anjali Anand, the collection focuses on trend-driven styles in sizes above XL - a space often overlooked by mainstream fashion brands.

Amar Nagaram, Founder and CEO, Virgio, says, the brand didn’t want to just extend its sizing range. It wanted to rethink how sizing, style, and self-expression work for real bodies. Following its core model, BTC blends technology, community insights, and on-demand production to create fashion that’s sustainable and style-forward.

The collection is available exclusively via invitation. Customers have to join a waitlist to receive a personalized invite code, a system designed to limit overproduction and avoid excess inventory — aligning with Virgio’s commitment to sustainability.

Actor Anjali Anand, who co-developed the collection, has played an active role in every phase of the process - from fittings and fabric testing to community engagement. Beyond The Curve is the latest example of how Virgio is using innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability to reimagine fashion for a new generation.
