Having concluded on October 5, 2025, Myntra's Big Fashion Festival (BFF) registered 2 million new customers. This growth in the number of visitors was primarily driven by non-metro shoppers, who accounted for a significant 70 per cent of overall orders during the sale.
High demand originated from cities such as Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, and Faridabad. Key growth categories included ethnic wear, wedding collections, beauty essentials, and sportswear.
Premium and international brands like Calvin Klein, Nautica, and Levi’s saw sharp increases in demand. The luxury segment grew by 80 per cent over last year's BFF, bolstered by new launches, an expanded ethnic wear selection, and celebrity-endorsed festive collections.
Myntra’s youth-focused destination, FWD, saw a two-fold rise in demand over normal business levels.
The festive mood led to significant jumps across key apparel and accessory categories. The demand for ethnic wear increased by 2.5 times while menswear registered a 2.2 per cent rise in demand. Jewelry demand increased by 80 per cent Y-o-Y.
To manage the heightened demand and enhance customer experience, Myntra leveraged its hyper-speed delivery service, M-Now, which currently offers over 1 lakh trend-first Stock-Keeping Units (SKUs) from more than 700 brands.
Notably, this year's BFF was significantly supported by women in the workforce. The company and its partners generated over 11,000 employment opportunities, with 30 per cent of the additional warehouse workforce comprising women.
