Signoria Creation’s H2, FY25 net profit declines to Rs 173.09 lakhs

In H2, FY25, a leading name in women's apparel industry, Signoria Creation registered a 1.83 per cent Y-o-Y decline in net profit to Rs 173.09 lakh. The company’s total income grew by 31.81 per cent Y-o-Y to Rs 1,718.70 lakh while EBITDA expanded by 15.46 per cent to Rs 331.38 lakh. For the full FY25, Signoria Creations’ total income increased by 39.10 per cent Y-o-Y to Rs 2,722.02 lakh. Its EBITDA expanded by 31.02 per cent Y-o-Y to Rs 529.33 lakh, while net profit grew by 25.32 per cent to Rs 301.84 lakh.
