The 2nd North India Garment Fair (NIGF 2025), organized by the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI), officially opened its doors today at the Yashobhoomi Convention Center (IICC) in Dwarka, New Delhi. Running until November 27, the event is set to be a key driver for the Northern apparel market.
The fair features a robust display from over 125 exhibitors, showcasing a diverse range of menswear, womenswear, and kidswear. Major manufacturing hubs, including Mumbai, Surat, Jaipur, and Ludhiana, are well-represented, bringing leading brands like Watcher Shirts, Denis Parkar, and Little Kangaroo to the national capital.
CMAI President Santosh Katariya emphasized the fair's strategic importance. “NIGF 2025 aims to harness the immense potential of the Northern market, offering a dynamic platform for exhibitors to engage with buyers, discover new brands, and build strong business partnerships,” he stated.
With an anticipated attendance exceeding 5,000 trade visitors, the fair is designed as a powerful networking hub connecting buyers from across India with industry frontrunners. The inauguration ceremony underscored this focus, with key retailers, including Abhishek Gupta of Gupta Creations and Ravindra Arora of Ravi Exclusif, joining CMAI leadership to mark the opening of this significant industry event. The successful commencement of NIGF 2025 reinforces its role in driving growth and collaboration within the Indian apparel trade.
