In a significant move to strengthen its luxury retail footprint, iconic Indian fashion label Ritu Kumar has opened its latest Ri Ritu Kumar boutique in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
Opened in collaboration with Reliance Brands, the newly launched boutique showcases an extensive range of the brand’s signature designs - from intricately embroidered lehengas and bridal couture to artisanal saris and fusion wear, all meticulously crafted using traditional Indian textiles and refined contemporary silhouettes.
Founded by Padma Shri awardee Ritu Kumar in 1969, the brand has long been a pioneer in the Indian fashion industry. Known for revitalizing and modernizing traditional crafts, the label blends hand-block printing, zardozi embroidery, and heritage weaves with modern aesthetics to create timeless and sophisticated collections. Over the years, Ritu Kumar has become synonymous with refined elegance and has built a global reputation for craftsmanship and cultural authenticity.
The Ri Ritu Kumar range represents the luxury segment of the brand’s portfolio, catering to discerning clients seeking elevated couture rooted in Indian tradition.
