Future Group starts revival process for 'Future Lifestyle Fashion'

Future may Sell Some Brands to Raise Rs 1kcr.

Future Group has started the revival process for Future Lifestyle Fashion (FLF) which has not defaulted on loan repayments.
FLF plans to sell a few fashion brands to raise Rs 1,000.

Co plans to raise Rs 1000 crores by selling some fashion labels, including 'Cover Story' for Rs 200 crores.

RELEVANT NEWS Reliance Retail takes over Future Group stores

The plan is to monetize assets completely unlinked with the food and grocery business.

FRL, which owns Big Bazaar and Easyday, is the largest debtor in the group with about Rs 14,000 crore of dues while FLF has a debt of around Rs 2,000 crore.
FLF has still not defaulted on interest payment.
