Tata UniStone, Trent to integrate Tata Cliq with Neu Super app

Tata UniStore, jointly owned by Tata Industries and its retail venture Trent, plans to integrate Tata’s online retail platform Tata Cliq with Tata Nieu super app, a subsidiary of Tata Digital to consolidate its major ecommerce ventures under this entity. Having exited its consumer electronics business, Tata Cliq has integrated its consumer electronics, smartphones and appliances division with Croma, Tatas’ flagship consumer electronics retail chain
A primary entity of the company Croma will enable sales of electronics on Tata Neu app. The holding company of Infiniti Retail, which owns Croma, was recently changed from Tata Sons to Tata Digital which also acquired e-grocer BigBasket and e-pharmacy 1mg over the last year.
The Croma app is now only available on Tata Neu. It will continue to be an independent online seller as well.
Tata Cliq, too, will now move under the Tata Neu app. The move will enable the Tata Group to strengthen Tata Neu business and integrate similar businesses under one single umbrella for scale.
