Union Budget 2022: Startups to enjoy with longer tax holiday

03 February 2022, Mumbai:

In furtherance to nurture the Start-Ups ecosystem which current is totally committed to The government had extended the eligibility criteria for claiming tax holidays earlier for startups till March 31, 2022.

In a positive response by the central government, such measures should continue, said the majority of the respondents who participated in a survey conducted by The Times of India (TOI) and Deloitte.

In Union Budget 2022-23 against the lurking COVID-19 pandemic background, the government has extended by another year the tax incentives offered to startups for the first three years of their incorporation.
