Michael Buckley, CEO of True Religion, expressed his delight at the appointment, saying that Scott's skills will help the company triple its e-commerce revenue and attain 50% e-commerce sales penetration by 2025.

True Religion's restructuring plan helped the company minimize operational costs, reduce debt, and become profitable once it exited Chapter 11 in 2020, according to the CEO.

True Religion is currently focusing on following a digital-led strategy in 2022, despite all of the hurdles. True Religion's expectations of Scott are reasonable, given that Columbia Sportswear tripled online sales and had double-digit year-over-year revenue growth during Scott's stint there.
