HKTDC: HongKong Watch & Clock Fair and Salon de TE Sep show

Events run under the EXHIBITION+ model and are open to the public.

The 41st HKTDC Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair and 10th Salon de TE, organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), Hong Kong Watch Manufacturers Association Ltd, and The Federation of Hong Kong Watch Trades and Industries Ltd, will run under the brand-new EXHIBITION+ model which integrates online and offline shows, bringing together more than 200 exhibitors.

The physical fairs run from 7 to 11 September at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), while the online exhibition will run from 7 until 18 September.

Introducing highlights of the fairs at a press conference today are Sophia Chong, HKTDC Deputy Executive Director (centre), Daniel Tsai (L), and Richard Leung (R), Co-chairmen, HKTDC Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair Organising Committee. Models at the press conference showcased a selection of watches, wearing Costume Suit Studio's suits and gowns from the Natacha Van Collection.

Geoffrey Taylor joins TUKAgroup as President of TUKAweb, Inc.

Tukatech applications combine the artistry of traditional fashion production with the efficiency of modern manufacturing, culminating in an end-to-end fashion technology powerhouse.

Geoff Taylor has joined TUKAgroup as part of the TUKAweb division. He will be managing the expansion of the fastest-growing division of TUKAgroup and opening addition TUKAcenters throughout Europe and North America.

CENTRESTAGE: Set to open in September

Moving into an inclusive and diverse new fashion world empowered by interactive technologies.

Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and sponsored by Create Hong Kong (CreateHK) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), CENTRESTAGE returns to the spotlight from 9 to 11 September.

The three-day event will open to fashion buyers and also the general public, featuring a number of in-person as well as virtual exhibitions with visitors able to immerse themselves in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) interactive experiences.

HKTDC Deputy Executive Director Sophia Chong said the three-day CENTRESTAGE will showcase the latest fashion collections of more than 230 brands from 15 countries and regions.

HKTDC Deputy Executive Director Sophia Chong said: "In recent years, innovative ideas have been integrated into the designs, materials, manufacturing, sales, and customer experience of the fashion industry, with the advent of new technologies creating even more possibilities.

This year's CENTRESTAGE will have "Inclusion and Diversity" as its central theme, with an emphasis on authentic self-expression, projecting a common goal of enabling everyone to express their bold imagination through beauty and aesthetics.
