Flirtatious, swimwear brand celebrates launches new logo

10 January 2022, Mumbai:
As Aakriti Grover’s swimwear brand Flirtatious celebrates its ninth year in business, the brand has launched an all-new logo and is further committed to sustainable design.

“An idea which sparked nine years ago in a living room, took the shape of a great and beautiful journey,” said brand founder, Aakriti Grover, in a press release. “Today, as we embark on a new decade, Flirtatious celebrates its journey with a brand-new logo. The logo represents the brand’s USP which is an amalgamation of inclusive and sustainable designs.”

The brand has also expanded its offerings from swimwear to include resort wear such as cover-ups and kaftans as well as fusion and western-style ready-to-wear. Flirtatious has also reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable production practices and uses sustainably sourced materials made from post-consumer waste, including plastic.

The brand also eschews traditional Indian sizing and follows a custom ‘made-to-measure’ model.

“The new logo represents and celebrates you,” said Grover. “Keeping it minimal, each letter in the logo represents the beauty behind everybody's structure irrespective of its size and shape. The diving letter ‘I’ stands for the constant growth and confidence of every individual, the brand has been following for the past nine years.

The new logo is a step forward into a world where your choice to wear what you feel confident in, doesn't depend on what your body type is.”

The brand has a strong Bollywood following and has been photographed by celebrities including Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Sanon, and Disha Patani, among others. Flirtatious retails from its dedicated e-commerce store to service shoppers across India.
