Shoppers Stop names Nabamita Bannerjee as new CHRO and Customer Care Associate

India’s leading omnichannel retailer for fashion, beauty, and gifts, Shoppers Stop has named Nabamita Bannerjee as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Customer Care Associate.

Bannerjee brings more than 18 years of experience in the IT, retail, and quick-service restaurant (QSR) industries. She spent over a decade at Tata Starbucks, where her most recent role was Head of Human Resources. She also led HR functions for over 15,000 employees at Patni Computers and Apparel Group across India and the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) regions. Her expertise includes talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, HR operations, inclusion and diversity, and change management.
