Barcelona owned by Stitched Textiles to launch IPO

An initiative of Stitched Textiles, apparel brand Barcelona has announced plans to launch an IPO. The company has filed a resolution for the IPO (Initial Public Offering) with Registrar Of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Jaimin Gupta, Managing Director, Stitched Textiles says, the IPO is a major step forward in Barcelona’s mission to democratize the garment retail industry.

The company is proceeding with IPO formalities with an aim to file DRHP in the month of June’2022.
India’s fastest growing apparel brand, Barcelona is a premium lifestyle player in the retail sector for men’s wear. Incepted in 2015, with over 10 stores initially, the brand has expanded to Tier II, III cities through franchises.
