Snitch

26 March 2026, Mumbai

Bengaluru-based D2C menswear sensation Snitch has inaugurated its 111th retail outlet in Indiranagar, marking a pivotal expansion into one of India’s most influential fashion corridors. Strategically positioned at a high-traffic junction, the store has rapidly evolved into a local landmark, colloquially dubbed the ‘Snitch Signal’ by digital-native consumers. This launch reflects a broader transition from a digital-first entity to a dominant omnichannel force, with the brand leveraging hyperlocal activations and creator-led campaigns - including a high-decibel digital push featuring Danish Sait - to drive on-ground footfall. Industry data indicates that Snitch’s offline strategy is yielding significant dividends, with Average Order Values (AOV) in physical stores currently trending at 2x compared to online channels.

Capital infusion and the roadmap to a 2028 IPO

The expansion is fueled by a substantial Rs 340 crore Series B funding round led by 360 ONE Asset, positioning the brand to achieve a targeted Rs 900 crore revenue milestone in FY26. This represents a projected 80 per cent Y-o-Y growth from the Rs 500 crore income recorded in FY25. Beyond physical footprint expansion, Snitch is integrating its retail stores as ‘dark stores’ to support a 60-minute quick-commerce delivery pilot, currently live in Bengaluru with plans for a national rollout. Our objective is to bridge the gap between digital discovery and immediate physical gratification, states Siddharth Dungarwal, Founder, Snitch. With a goal of reaching 300 stores by 2026-end, the company is maintaining a disciplined path toward EBITDA profitability as it prepares for a public listing within the next three years.
