Lavanya Pachisia has stepped down from her position as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the intimate apparel brand Zivame.
She served the company for nearly eight years, during which she was instrumental in overseeing its transformation, particularly after the acquisition by Reliance Retail. She guided Zivame's evolution from a digital-first platform into a robust omnichannel retailer, achieving significant rapid expansion in the offline retail footprint.
Before becoming CEO, Pachisia served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and previously as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a role in which she was key during the company's strategic sale to Reliance.
Her departure marks the end of a key leadership tenure that successfully drove Zivame's profitability and omnichannel strategy in the competitive Indian market.
